Can I change the delivery address for my order?

We can, of course, help you update your billing address and delivery address for your order if it has not yet been dispatched. To change your billing or delivery address contact us as soon as possible fter placing your order.

What to do if the delivery of my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, please check the track & trace information provided by the shipping courier for any updates. The parcel may be held back due to payment of customs or missing paperwork for importing the goods.

You are also welcome to contact us if you have any further questions.

I did not receive an order confirmation

Please note that it can take a few minutes before you receive your order confirmation. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us here.

How is the print quality?

All prints from our store are printed on archival paper, in off-white and uncoated.

  • Paper Finishing: Matte, uncoated, natural white (off-white).
  • Acid-Free: pH above 7 to prevent yellowing over time.
  • Paper Weight: 250 gsm (110 lb), Thickness: 0.29 mm (11.4 mils).
  • Available Sizes: 29 sizes in inches (US&CA) and cms (rest of the world).
  • Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified paper for sustainability.

Can I order a custom-sized print/frame?

If you don't find the right size for, please contact us with your requirements. We'll get in touch te loet you know if we can fulfill your request.

Standard available sizes are :

A4 - 21x29.7 cm - 8x12in

A3 - 29.7x42 cm - 12x17in

A2 - 42x59.4 cm - 17x23in

A1 - 59.4x84.1 cm - 23x33in

A0 - 84.1x118.9 cm - 33x47in (frames not available for this size)

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We do our best to ship out all orders safely and securely. If your order, for any reason or in any way arrives damaged, please let us know straight away (latest within 30 days of arrival).

We always offer to ship out replacements for damaged or faulty items.

I am missing an item. How do we solve this?

If your order contains several items, it might have been shipped in more than one parcel. One of the parcels might still be on its way to you.

If all parcels have been delivered according to the tracking link, please contact us right away and latest within 14 days.

Please attach photos of what you received and the packaging it arrived in your inquiry.

Then we will find a solution straight away and get the missing item to you as fast as possible.
